As recognized sales leaders with a passion to help others succeed, Mark and Debbie Bandy share how they love building a team together that's all about "Finding Joy in the Journey and a New Place to Shine."
"Yes, that's one of our new themes, because it's about so much more than sales numbers--although that's been exciting, for sure," Debbie relates. "It's really been a life-adventure for us--seeing our team flourish. And certainly it's about giving our team lifestyle and income freedom--but even much more."
"It's really about the privilege of shining new hope, inspiration, and positive life-change into others' lives," she said, "and that's brought the greatest joy."
And while that theme has come to fruition through Modere, it's actually been building for several decades; indeed, Mark and Debbie bring much life experience and more than 25 years of home business success to their team with top sales and recruiting awards along with achieving top ranks (as they've also built from scratch a thriving merchant services business--working from home--which has grown to a healthy 6-figure income).
Yet amidst all this victory as home business entrepreneurs, Mark and Debbie emphasize that "faith and family is our first love." As a blended family--with six sons, and now 10 beautiful grandchildren, Mark and Debbie enjoy making lasting family memories together. "Because of those deep relationships, we're not only so grateful, but we're continually finding ourselves recharged," Debbie admits, "which keeps us energized to continually learn and grow."
Debbie has also gleaned much insight from her experience years ago as Mrs. West Virginia (and later as Director to the Mrs. West Virginia and Mrs. Kentucky International Pageants); she says it's enabled her to tap into a need most women share: to feel valued, to feel significant.
